  2. Body Clear Body Spray by Neutrogena is good for body acne, and can be sprayed anywhere you may need it (stomach, back, etc.). It smells a little strange, but it's not unpleasant-strange, just a little unusual.

I've actually had a lot of luck with Neutrogena products. The grapefruit acne face wash is a nice daily cleanser, but it has a tendency to dry out your skin if your skin is normal/dry like mine, so unless you've got crazy oily skin (or heck, even if you do, make sure to get some sort of moisturizer. Again, Neutrogena daily SPF 15 moisturizer is a good one for the dryer months (like now) and is lighter so it doesn't feel like sunscreen. Just make sure your skin is properly hydrated or you're going to be flaky. And flaky means more oil, means more acne, means no fun. :P

If that doesn't work, you may need to bring in the big guns: benzoyl peroxide. You'll never need more than a 10% concentration, and Clean & Clear does a reasonably priced spot treatment that seems to work pretty well.

Personally, I barely bother with morning moisturizers anymore, I've just swapped to a nightly cold cream (Pond's is awesome and smells like cucumbers), but that's a personal preference--not everyone likes cold cream. Probably because it's cold, lol. :P

Wow, I didn't mean to write you a skin care book! But I hope this helps out. Good luck!
